[South Florida DX Association] Gasoline Shortage

Here in Raleigh, NC the gas station I usually go has been out of gas for a
few days now. 
The price is $3.99 at most of stations here. I stopped at one tonight that
was $3.89. 
They were out of all grades except regular. They were limiting everyone to
$40 worth.
Just after the last hurricane hit Texas the prices all went above $4. Some
stations had it 
above $5. The governor got after the stations for price gouging and the
prices came 
down to $3.99
