On behalf of N4TO's brother and sister, W4IR (who is a realtor) is 
dealing with the sale of Vic's QTH in Sebring, Florida (Highlands 
County) after he suddenly became a Silent Key on 15 August.

Vic's QTH was built in the early 1990s on a five acre plot and has 
two bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge, dining room, large Florida room 
(part of which is used as a shack), double garage, air conditioning 
etc. Joe can give the exact details, the asking price is $275,000.

There are four towers between 120 and 140 feet high with stacked yagi 
arrays for 10, 15, 20 and 40 metres on, which are also for sale, 
price negotiable. Again, Joe can give the exact details of them.
