V51AS is a notoriously POOR QSLer...  You can only get a card DIRECT if he
decides to send you one...  Not via Bureau or WF5E.
If you find out how to get a card from him, he owes me several cards and
$$...  let me know how you got the card..,

V51AS, Frank is a good ham-friend, the problem is the postal-service in
Namibia,
which is corrupt and very lazy! Qsl-cards via buro also have been answered
after about 2 years. I advise you to use registered mail!

Anyone know e-mail address of Frank, V51AS?    He sent me QSL card for
K2ETS with memo that he wants my acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail.  He
wrote down his e-mail address on the memo but I can not read it.  I tried
sending e-mail with guess of server but all bounced back.   If anyone know
but hesitating letting me e-mail address, please send e-mail to Frank my
acknowledgement on behalf of me.   If can do, please let me know so.
