This is just a result of the sad end that ham radio has come to in
Miami-Dade county since Ellen left and the no-code techs took over.  At one
Dade Radio Club meeting the chair asked how many in a room of about thirty
had HF privileges and only two of us raised our hands.  You are right, all
the stations will be on their belts.
