[South Florida DX Association] March 11th BARC meeting

The March meeting of the Broward ARC at Sunview Park located at 1500 SW 42 Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL will have as a guest speaker Kai Siwiak, PhD, KE4PT. Kai is the recent recipient of the 2007 ARRL Outstanding Author's Award. Kai's article was published in QST, October 2007, Page 33.

Kai is a consulting engineer specializing in antennas, propagation, communications systems and ultra-wideband (UWB) wireless technology. Kai has authored several books on these subjects.

He will be discussing antenna theory and a unique antenna designed for Hams who can not have visible antennas.
