[South Florida DX Association] MagMount antenna advice wanted

I need to mount a mobile 2/440 antenna with a magmount base and combination
swivel.

The roof of my condo is no longer available to me, but the mansard which
slopes down at an angle is. It's also magnetic. So I need to put a magmount
on the mansard and then swivel the antenna so that it points upright.
Catalog and web searches have produced nothing that would meet these needs.

Anyone have any suggestions?
