The Palm Beach Amateur Radio Council is sponsoring a beginners amateur radio 
class to obtain the Technician grade license. The class begins on Tuesday, 
February

12, 2008 at 7:30 PM for six Tuesday evening sessions & will conclude on
March 25th with the exam session. The instructor is David Fowler, K4DLF, who
