Present Bush recognized Kosovo's independence. Bush appeared in NBC's "Today" live from Africa and said: "The Kosavars [sic] are now independent".  YU8/OH2R has been on the air since last night. I worked them at 0340 Monday on 40 CW.  This morning they have been on 20 SSB with good signals  (W3UR operating) and other bands.
