It is my sad duty to report the death last evening of my neighbor and friend
Vic Dubois N4TO after a period of failing health. 

I'm sure many FCGers remember the good times we had at the annual
"Vicnic"that Vic sponsored at his home for many years, as well as the many
M/S and M/M contest operations that were held over the years at his fine
station in Sebring. 

Vic was generous with his time as well.  He could be counted on to help with
any antenna projects going on in the local area.   He was always there to
lend a hand or a piece of equipment as needed.

We shall miss him. 

RIP Old Friend.
