Bill,
We worked 172 stations from Peru to Italy to California to Calgary, Canada
in 4 hours. The G5RV antenna was up about 125 feet and the rig was an Icom
756 barefoot.

There were about 50 Cub scouts + parents, US Coast Guard Auxiliary and
Hillsboro LH Society people putting down sod, Cleaning trash off the beach
planting trees and trimming shrubs.

After that they had a nice buffet supplied by the Lighthouse and USCG.

So far I have received about 25 QSL's.

Many thanks to W1RG, N4OQP and NZ5N for operating, and for about 10 hams
from the Broward and Gold Coast Clubs for handing out literature and
explaining ham radio to the masses.

73, PeteR
