GOLD COAST AMATEUR RADIO ASSOCIATION
AMATEUR RADIO LICENSE TESTING
Fourth Tuesday Every Month 2007 At Imperial Point Hospital
6401 N. Federal Highway, Fort Lauderdale
In Cafeteria, Private Room, 6:00 PM
The Gold Coast Amateur Radio Club will be giving ham exams for
Technician, General and Extra Class Licenses. Please arrive a few minutes
early, and bring the original and photocopy of your present license and
CSCE's, if any. Also bring a pencil, ball point pen, a photo ID (drivers
license, etc. ) and $ 14.00. Enter the main entrance of the hospital and
tell the guard you are taking exams from the Gold Coast Radio Club.
There is no longer a morse code requirement, so hams that have passed the
written tests for either General or Extra Class Licenses, but not have taken
the morse code test, can now upgrade by paying the $14.00 fee. The CSCE's
must not be older than 365 days.
