[South Florida DX Association] BS7H spotting

Hello guys,
I am trying to arrange my agenda of meetings tomorrow so I can come in late into the office and try to work BS7, what time range has the BS7 being on in the morning on 20mts? Also has anyone heard them on 17mts in the eavening?
