I stopped at my local post office many times over the last month and they kept telling me that the IRCs are on order.

K4CIA told me that the main post office here in Raleigh has them. So I went there last Saturday morning and bought 10. What a zoo it was. At first they said "Do we still have them?". Then the person looked in a box and came back with some that had 2006 on the back. I told her they were no good. So she looked some more and found the ones with 2009 on the back. Then she could not find them on the computer. It took another 20-30 minutes of  looking on sheets of paper and phone calls to figure out how to sell them to me. Finally some one at another post office told her to punch in 330700 on the computer. That worked.  I wrote the number down for the next time I buy them.  Next I had to tell her that they had to be stamped on the left.  Next time it should not be so bad.

PS. I also found out that if I put N4TL with no following character after the L in my call this mail program will drop the L.
