Raw Score: C6AHR Single Band 160 CW High Power:

823 QSO's x 58 Mult x 3 pts = 143,028 Points

Old record was 142,128, so technically this is a new record, until the UBN
birds peck away at my typos and ESP reports heard.

Sure could have used a few insurance contacts on the tail end of the
contest. Many thanks to all the SFDXA and FCG'ers who worked me, some using
antennas other than for 160 M to get into the log.

The trip was fun and I did work 5 JA's before the contest on Thursday AM.
Everyone told me I was loud in JA and EU. That 160 Vee at 120 feet does
play. Even so, I wish that we could put out more than 250 Watts in C6. I
would have had fewer repeats during times when the QRM was bad, and might
have kept the Freq. clearer when the EU stations were calling CQ on my QRG.
That really got confusing when the north east was hearing them and I kept
trying to rid myself of dupes who actually were calling the EU stations.

Used two magnetic loops oriented 90 degrees apart for receive, but the newer
one was too close to the tower, and did not hear very well.

If anyone sees a score from V31YN I would appreciate a heads up.

Thanks & 73
