[South Florida DX Association] May SFDXA Meeting and DX Dinner Party & Bash

As most now have realized the regular May SFDXA Meeting will not take place, 
but will be held as a Dinner meeting on May 23rd, a Wednesday night.

The location is the Cantina Laredo at 811 University Drive. Just north of 
I-595. They have terrific food and serve Gourmet Mexican with also some 
American Faire. We will have the room open from about 6 or so for those 
wanting to get there early and pick out a seat and share a few drinks and 
BS7 and N8S stories before hand.

There is a price fixed Dinner assortment from $25 to $38 each which includes 
everything from the Appetizers, Soup, Entrees, and Dessert. We recommend 
those choices to make it easier on the waiters to give us a check for each 
party. You will also be able to choose off the menu if you only want a 
couple of Tacos for $9.99. I'll give a better description as we get closer 
as we will want you to be prepared to order when you get there so your food 
comes out with everyone else's. Dinner ordering will be about 6:45 to 7 PM.

The Speaker will be Bill N2WB but Ray N4RU will have a better description of 
his presentation soon.

Ray has done a great job in putting things together and we look forward to a 
time that will be enjoyed by all. It is our SFDXA Dinner party of the year!

We will need a head count. So please send me a note if you will be 
attending. I will need to give a pretty accurate count to the restaurant as 
we get closer. I will ask again a week or ten days before. Let me know early 
as the seating will be limited! Also tell us if you are bringing your spouse 
or a friend or both!
