Hi Steve: This is Kappy/Wa4wtg also an active member of SoFl DX Club and a 
very active stamp collector of USA and foreign used issues. Is there a 
possibility that you can share some of those pretty foreign stamps with me? 
If so, they can be clipped off the envelope, being careful not to cut them. 
Will compensate you for shipping them to me and also a gratuity. As you 
might know, I am also a very active qsl mgr, hi. I know you are snowed under 
with the qsl mgr work, but will appreciaste hearing from you. Many tnx for
