[South Florida DX Association] Non working radios are in demand

I was surprised when I listed my IC-28A for sale..make offer. TX is not 
working but does RX fine. According to my earlier info the radio was not 
worth fixing, parts cost too high.and I should throw it out. However 
several people willing to pay $40 plus shipping for it.  I listed the 
Alinco also, same results. So if you have broken radios and are thinking 
about throwing them out, think again. Try listing them on QTH.com.
