Antenna projects that never made it past the drawing stage

1) Butternut HF-2V - Antenna still wrapped the way it was sent. It has
never been assembled. Great antenna for 40 and 80. Although I am the
original owner, I no longer have the box. Prefer pick-up in Stuart or
Tamarac. I can bring to Orlando. $175.

2) Butternut TLK - Top loading Kit for HF-2V. This is mainly for the
dedicated 80M band as you will have limited use of 40M when the top loading
wires are fully extended. Brand new in the box, new used. $50.

3) Radio Works current balun, model Y1-5K Plus. Rated for 5kW+. Has
SO-239 coax connector with 4" pigtails. It is brand new, never used. $20.

4) DX Engineering DXE0FCC050-H05-P Feedline Current Choke, 2/5 kW HF.
This DX Engineering 50 Ohm Feedline Current Choke decouples the feedline
from the antenna, which will improve the directivity, front to back ratio
and reduce RFI and noise coming from the radio. Brand new in the box.
Never used. $30

5) DXE-BAL050-H10-A Balun. 1.8 to 30 MHz. 10kW intermittent, 5kW
continuous. Go QRO. Check it out at www.dxengineering.com. Brand new,
never used, still in the box. $50

6) DX Engineering DXE- VFCC-BRKT. Vertical mounting bracket. This
mounting kit allows you to mount a formed aluminum DX Engineering Balun at
the base of a vertical antenna, (specifically for the BTV series of Hustler
antennas, but it will work with others, as well) which chokes off the
current on the feedline. Brand new, still sealed in plastic. $6

7) Cable Experts Ladder-Loc center insulator support. Allows for easy
attachment of 450 Ohm Ladder Line to various dipole type antennas. $5

8) 500' spool of Antenna Wire. The Wireman calls this #531, Toughcoat
'Silky' 13 AWG, 19 strand 40% copper-clad steel (OD 0.0795") with tough,
high density, low-gloss polyethylene (Nominal OD, 0.120" including 0.020"
jacket. Designed for through-the-trees, sea coast, acid rain or other
inclement atmospheric conditions. Our most rugged, longest-lived, stranded
antenna wire for any purpose. Jacket has minimal effect on performance -
less than that of a year's accumulation of oxidation product on bare wire,
with less noise. Brand new on the spool, 500' for $50.

9) 137' of 450 Ohm flexible Ladder Line. Perfect size for making an
inverted-L for 160M (use with a 2.25:1 un-un). The Wireman calls this #552.
450 ohm, 16 AWG, 19 strand copper-clad steel conductors, poly-clad 'window'.
Very flexible, easy to use, less prone to bending fracture, full legal
power. VF .91 - Brand new, never unrolled. $15

10) 200' of 12 AWG solid antenna wire. The Wireman calls this #503. 12
AWG solid copper clad steel (30%). A 30% larger and almost 60% heavier wire
than 14 AWG. Break strength 917lbs. Overkill for most amateur uses for
antennas in the clear, but in cases where the National Electric Code is
applicable, it is the proper choice. Builders should check the laws as they
relate to antennas in their community before putting themselves at legal
risk. Brand new and still coiled and wrapped although somewhat tarnished.
$13

11) 60' of heavy duty rotor control cable. The Wireman calls this #311.
6-conductors of 18 ga. wire with heavy duty jacket. Brand new, still
wrapped. $10

12) 500' roll of brand new RG-6/U Quad Shielded coax on wooden spool.
Great for receive antennas. Brand new. $25
