[South Florida DX Association] Survivor of WVA mining accident is a ham

Not sure if anyone has seen this yet, but Randal McCloy, the survivor of the
WVa mining accident is a HAM.
His call is KC8VKZ.

There is an effort on, started by the PVRC to send him QSL Cards with a Get
Well message on it.

Just found out the only survivor from the WVA coal
mining accident is a ham....Would like to get the word
out to as many as possible to consider sending him a
