[South Florida DX Association] Force-12 Magnum 160 VS Antenna

Another one of my dreams gone sour.  Brand new Force-12 160M Vertical for 
sale.  This is a big vertical for 160M (Magnum 160 VS), 36' tall with top 
loading wires, base loading, and elevated radials.  It has the motorized 
Tornado enclosed coil at the base for tuning across the entire 160M band. 
I ordered this, anticipating that we could be able to purchase the 1 acre 
vacant lot next door, but the deal fell through and he sold it to a 
developer!  Unfortunately, it is too big an antenna for my lot.  I special 
ordered it with dark green powder coating to better blend in with the 
foliage and to be more acceptable with the neighbors.  Check out the antenna

new in the box, never unwrapped.  Since it was special ordered with the dark 
green power coating, there will be a 20% restocking fee if I return it, plus 
return shipping.  I will pass on the savings to you so I won't have to pay 
for shipping it back by truck.  It sells brand new for $842.  The dark green 
powder coating was $120 extra and the B-1 balun is $45.95.  I will sell it 
for 20% off the original price and through in the dark green powder coat and 
the balun and you won't even have to pay for freight of $120.45, which I 
did.  It has cost me over $1000.  It can be yours for $650 but you'll have
