This is the latest information from YX0LIX - please spread the word:

I just got off the satellite phone with the group on Aves; they have asked
me to pass this information along to all of you. The process of uploading
the logs to the web site (http://www.yv0.info/) will happen between now and
tomorrow morning, actually the team is transmitting the logs at this moment
on a very slow connection.

Please be aware that the online logs will all be under YX0A for the moment,
the switch to YX0LIX did not happen until after 11:00 pm EDT Thursday
(03:00z Friday). Once the team is back on Caracas, the online log will be
corrected to show the qso's with the respective call's (either YX0A and/or
YX0LIX).

As per qso counts, the team is just over 10,000 qso's and they expect the
count to increase tonight - the rest of the bands are coming active - they
expect to have 160, 80 and 6 mts as well as the rest of the antennas fully
operational before sunset today.

The team still under shock as we might all expects, but they want to ensure
you that they are doing the best to make sure you get in the log.

As I get more information from the group, I will pass it along - I have a
schedule set for tomorrow before noon with the group again to get another
status of the operation. I have also asked if the return date from the
island has changed, as of this moment they are still expected to be there
until May 1.

If something changes before tomorrow, I will pass the information along.
