[South Florida DX Association] R1FJ QSL card route

Good Morning All:

I am having trouble confirming Franz Josef.  I worked R1FJ (Not R1FJL) back 
in March 2004.  THe QSL route shows via DL6ZFG.  I sent him numerous cards 
via WF5E, direct, buro to no avail.  Used GS, IRC's..... nada.

DL6ZFG shows an address of:

ROLF RAHNE
P.O.BOX 15
D-39241 GOMMERN
GERMANY

I even sent him a couple of emails, no reply.

Does anyone have any ideas?  I can really use this card.
