Subject: ARRL Frequency Measuring Test

The ARRL Frequency Measuring Test (FMT) begins at 0245Z 17 November 
(9:45 PM EST Wednesday evening).  Transmissions will be on 160, 80 and 
40 meters this year.  Similar to last year, the purpose of the test is 
to measure the frequency of an audio tone modulating the carrier.
