[South Florida DX Association] VU4 QSL

[Richard M. Gillingham]

Surely there's not doubt that they were actually on the island.  I thought 
that was well established.  Perhaps it's an authorization problem.  Usual 
Indian gov't red tape??

I hope someone will tell us what's going on.
