[South Florida DX Association] VU4 QSL

Congratz, Steve, but, not yet off the list as ARRL has suddenly withdrawn certification of the VU4RBI/NRO operation.  (Unless they re-certified it today.)  I happened to see Wayne Mills having a "heated discussion" with Bharathi in a hallway at Dayton. And, yesterday, W3UR published that ARRL DXCC Desk has withdrawn credit for the operation.  Sure enough, I checked the standings on the ARRl web site and they had dropped the VU4 from my counters, thus dropping me from the DXCC#1 status!!  Politics, I guess.  73, John, W4GD
