I think the key to the problem is revealed in the last sentence.
Evidently, while in Dayton, she was giving out cards to some of the
guys without checking the log. After being given a tongue lashing by
Wayne she agreed to stop doing it. This is my view of what may have
happened.

Ms. Prasad has graciously agreed to supply additional log information where
necessary. If you have only an incomplete card, do not alter the card by
filling in the missing information. Simply send us the card, and we will try
to obtain the fill. If you expect a direct QSL, _it would be easier_ on
_ __everyone involved if you would wait for the direct card

>Amen, Steve. But, I assure you that something very strange has been going on between ARRL and Bharathi/ NIAR. I received my qsls from vu4rbi/nro on April 5. On May 18, I received my DXCC#1 sticker, etc and was listed on the ARRL web site at 335 current/ 345 total. Then, 3 or 4 days ago , after reading W3UR's bulletin to the effect that VU4 credits were on hold, I checked the ARRL site and saw that I had been dropped down to 334/344. Obviously credit for VU4 had been removed from my records. And my cards were complete with all required info, so there was no problem there.

>And today, I see that I have been reinstated to 335/345, so all is well that ends well. But, something screwey was going on for the past few days at ARRL DXCC Desk. That's my story and I'm sticking to it! I'm going to order my plaque and get it on the wall before they change their mind again! 73, john

>>We are accepting VU4RBI/VU4NRO QSO cards. A few cards have been rejected on
