[South Florida DX Association] FCC NPRM

I don't know abt you, however the amateur radio community has been
waiting for the FCC NPRM on restructuring
 for some time now. I personally don't agree with all of the decisions &
for those who don't agree, you have the
option to file comments with the FCC.
