ICOM 260A all mode 2 meter rig Serial number 1261. 10 watts (High) 1 watt (Low) with IC-HM7 microphone (8 pin connector), power cord, manual, schematic, mounting bracket.  The bushing on the tuning shaft is worn but the dial turns fine. Home made external relay for a power amplifier. Extra ICOM  IC-HM8 microphone with open mic element. Extra ICOM microphone with 4 pin connector, does not fit this radio.  The radio is working but it is old and is not guaranteed. ICOM 560 all mode 6 meter rig Serial number 2044. 10 watts (High) 1 watt (Low) with IC-HM7 microphone (8 pin connector), power cord, manual, no schematic,  mounting bracket. IC-EX2 marker/extension terminal, good to key an external amplifier. 10 watts out on FM, power out is low on SSB, 1-2 watts, sounds like the microphone gain needs to be adjusted on SSB.
