I just got a call from Mike Mannix  N4OQP that Tom, WA4YLD, passed away last 
night at about 8 PM.

Mike told me that Tom had resigned himself to the fact that he would 
probably not get better, and said that he would rather be with Bernice in 
heaven.  He has his wish.

Tom was the driving force behind "Antenna Busters" and many of the SFDXA 
Club projects relating to FMC.  He spent a lot of time helping the club keep 
things going with the repeater and the low band station, as well as Ed 
Dauer's personal station at WB4HNM.

Tom had made arrangements witht he Neptune Society, and his ashes will be 
spread over the waters of the Atlantic.

He will greatly be missed.
