As Warren pointed out, the issue is most likely not using Port 7300.  If anyone 
needs help with this, let me know.  I wrote a piece for the YCCC giving a 
little background and explaining how to set the microsoft telnet client for 
port 7300.  
As of now, the node is running very nicely with about 10 or so telnet users.
