I just got off the phone with the legislative aide for the primary author,
Congressman Israel [Long Island, NY] and got the inside scoop on this piece
of legislation.  What it does is bring all the private land use entities
[all the small gated communities with their own little home-owner
associations etc.] under the same umbrella of PRB-1.

If you live in "Cracker-Box Village" this will benefit you.  If you live in
Fort Lauderdale, or Pembroke Pines, it likely won't affect you at all.

I had previously called my Congressman [Hastings] and asked his aide
Franklin what the Congressman thought of it and now await a return email
with his position on this bill.  From what I learned talking with Israel's
aide, it has my support.  I will urge Alcee Hastings to become a co-ponsor.
