For those of us who occassionaly need to dispose of batteries, this web site 
may come in handy.  Better then dumping in the land fills.

Go to the following website, enter your zip code and you will get a listing 
of all the battery recycling locations within your area.

For larger batteries, such as sealed gel-cells or lead acid, call the 
location of choice and confirm they will take larger batteries.
