[South Florida DX Association] Old CQ Article

Would anyone possibly have a copy (or image) of an article that appeared
in CQ Magazine in April 1999 on page 38, titled “How to build a 30 foot
tilt over mast”, please. I have ordered a back issue, but it may take a
while.
 
I am looking for a mast solution for a Cushcraft MA5B, but have to
remain relatively low profile, so no Rohn 25 or the
like
..unfortunately.
