[South Florida DX Association] Balloting in ARRL Southeastern Division

In the Southeastern Division, while 25-year veteran Director Frank
Butler, W4RH, faces no opposition for a new term and has been
declared re-elected, there is a contest for the division's second
slot. Incumbent Vice Director Nelson E. "Sandy" Donahue, W4RU, of
Atlanta, Georgia, faces a challenge from Southern Florida Section
Manager Sharon T. "Sherri" Brower, W4STB, of Vero Beach.

Ballots in contested seats will be mailed by October 1 to all full
ARRL members in good standing in the affected divisions as of
September 10. The votes will be tallied November 19 at ARRL
Headquarters, and the results will be announced that day. Three-year
terms for successful candidates begin January 1, 2005.
