Gents,

My wife and I are about one week away from moving to a suburb of =
Portland, OR; I am going through my qsl cards and seeing what awards I =
can qualify for now...Moving across the continent definitely means =
starting over for all awards.  My question is this: If applying for the =
ARRL's Worked All Continents award, does Mauritius Island in the Indian =
Ocean count as a confirmed QSO for Africa?
