BlankDue to problems with the "all" tone code still letting in too
much noise,
I have changed the CTCSS Tone Access to 103.5 Hz

You must enable the 103.5 Tone to have the repeater come up.

Sorry for all the confusion...  we are still learning how to get this
thing working to the MAX.
