[South Florida DX Association] Question on Spotting during ARRL CW Sweeps

Can someone clarify if packet spotting is allowed for Single Op LP in ARRL
Sweepstakes CW this weekend OR is spotting only allowed for the Unlimited
category? Thanks for your answer in advance.
