AOL Users:
If you are having problems receiving mail through various QSL lists here is the reason.

> AOL is refusing all mail from us (see below). There are more AOL subscribers to our lists than any other single ISP and this
action is generating massive amounts of delayed mail in our mailq. This is currently causing a major slow down in delivery to other
addresses.
