Re NEC 810-15
Grounding. Masts and metal structures supporting antennas shall be grounded
in accordance with section 810-21

Re NEC 810-20
Antenna Discharge Units
Basically says that antenna conductors must have "antenna discharge units"
(surge suppressors) between the antenna and the receiving facility.
A number of companies make these and are available I believe from AES
and I'm sure other people.

Re NEC 810-21 Grounding Conductors
Basically it speaks of the conductors that are required, copper, aluminum,
copper-clad steel, bronze or similar corrosion-resistant material.
Insulation on grounding conductors shall not be required. These conductors
shall be connected to grounded electrodes (ground rods).
Oh the size shall not be smaller than No. 10 copper or No. 8 aluminum or
or No. 17 copper-clad steel or bronze.

These requirements are all very reasonable and if you follow the basic
installation practices outlined in the hand book you should be ok.
PolyPhaser sells a good book on grounding and is available from them. They
have a distributor in Melbourne Fl. Technical Equipment Dist.
800-729-8334. They also have all kinds of surge protectors.
If I can be of any help I can also be reached at (352) 860-2385
Good luck and hope the above gives you some kind of a feel for what they are
looking for as the sections in question are a lot more comprehensive.
