Hi Bill,

I have the 1938 Silvertone radio working and back together. I was
listening to WBCQ on 7415 last friday night before 8 PM,
(www.wbcq.com/modules/news/. They had the radio doctor on it. They were
telling about a high power AM transmitter from 1930. I think it was a
500Kw transmitter. They were telling technical details on the
transmitter. Kind of interesting. They ran out of time and will cover
more of it this friday night.

On the international radio model J that I have. I read about another
model that has a similar circuit as the J. There is a capacitor for
regeneration adjustment. I did not realize that there was regeneration
used in the receiver. So I may be able to get it to work now.
