Hi Everyone,

I really appreciate all this. Everything came together at the worse possible
time for me!

Most important to me is when things smooth out and I have time to play I can
replace the linear loading with lumped components and a better switching
system. I can also measure the changes here. This might help many people in
the long run!

It is NOT important that anyone waste time taking all the small corroded
clamps apart, as long as I can see what was there to recreate the antenna.
No point in extending the disassembly time needlessly.

I really appreciate this! Pete, I can probably drive east to Savanah on I16
and meet you in Savannah...or you are certainly welcome to visit and look
around here. With all the other things going on, my house is also torn
apart. In the middle of everything else that came up I had builders
remodeling the entire inside of the house, and naturally they are well
behind schedule.

If the house is back together you are welcome to stay here Pete. This is
interesting especially to Hams, since my work is in designing RF equipment
and building prototypes is here along with a large low-band receiving setup.

If you are pressed for time I can certainly drive to Savannah and meet you.

Thanks again everyone!
Tom
