Hey Guys, just to let you know.  For the past 4 or 5 years I have been =
paying what was described as the Hamvention (HVN) rate at Crowne Plaza - =
$122/night, plus a bunch of tax.  I thought I was getting a deal.  =
Additionally you couldn't make reservations until some time the middle =
of June and if you were a day late sometimes you got shut out. =20

Well, I was just playing on the internet and found the following:



  1.. You can make reservations for next year via the internet now.=20
  2.. If you want to pay now (with no way to get your money back) the =
rate is $75/night.=20
  3.. If you are a member of AAA you can get a rate of $89/night and =
this is cancelable with no penalty up until 6:00 PM on the day of =
arrival.=20
Just go to www.crowneplaza.com and look for Dayton, OH.  It may show you =
more hotels than just the Crowne Plaza so make sure you pick the right =
one.

Am I the only one who has been getting ripped off for the past 5 years?
