Since several have asked: no, I am not getting out of ham radio - I'm
just going to gear down a little.  We will be on the wide water less
than 5 minutes to the ocean.  Nearly an acre with an acre tree-filled
lot just to the south which we will soon own, too.  Has a 250' dock at
45 degrees (great for a Beverage).  Lots of wire opportunities but not
much in the way of height.  Anyhow, it's our "dream" home - typical
Key West style and laid back - just like us.

I should mention that we haven't listed our Plantation home as yet and
it would be great to sell to a ham with all the towers and antennas
intact as you can no longer do this in Plantation.  The house is 4
bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, with a full library (can be made back to a BR),
on the water (no intercostal access, though), and was completely
remodeled about 6 years ago.  We will be listing it in about 3-4 weeks
at 525K.  If at all interested, contact me ASAP.
