[SFDXA] repeater?

I went up to the Hospital today at about 3 PM.  The repeater transmitter
would not move myDaiwa SWR meter in the 30 watt forward position... It seems
to receive, but not sure how well.  I checked the SWR through the duplexers
and the antenna and got about 1.3:1 direct and about 1.6:1 through the
duplexers.  The antennas seem OK

At the same time... the IC 28H on the packet system was also fried.  It
needs to go back to Icom... I Won't describe all the porblems here... but it
is not good.  The Pair of yagi's have a good SWR as well, so that is not the
problem.

It seems that there was a near hit, or a ground hit that got our stuff...
Hope the insurance is paid up.
