[SFDXA] It's Broken...

My IC756 is broken......  Boo Hoo..   Receives great (as always.)   
won't transmit.   Key down it draws about 1 1/2 amps more than receive. 
 Instead of about 18 - 20 amps......  

The Question...  Where should I get it repaired.   I don't have the tiny 
Japanese hands or the eyesight necessary to delve into it's insides...

Pulled the IC 706 MkII G out of the Jeep and that's the station for now. 
  Works, but you can sure tell the difference in the receiver.

So, who and where??  Any advice will be appreciated.
