I just wanted to let you know that I have pre-registration forms for the
hamfest if you need them. They are also available in PDF format on the
hamfest web site at http://www.gwhamfest.org .

Remember to register early!

The hamfest still needs clubs to volunteer to take care of the following
tasks:

1. Setup on Thursday
2. Cooking dinner on Saturday evening
3. Tear down on Sunday (pays the club $200.00)

THANKS TO THE HELGATE ARC from Missoula for taking on the Sunday morning
breakfast duties!!

We are also happy to announce that Sam K7SAM ARRL Certified DXCC Card
Checker will be available to check your DXCC Award cards at hamfest this
year. Check the Bulletins link on the web site for perquisites.
