[SCARES] 146.805 / 114.8 tone

146.805 is back on the air.  I will link 146.805 and 443.175 tomorrow night
during the net just in case some people don't get the word before then.  But
if you have the option, use the 146.805 repeater as it has a better reach.

TONE CHANGE... The 146.805 now uses a 114.8 tone.  As you may know, the tone
on the 146.805 repeater was 100.0.  It was originally coordinated to be at
114.8, but reset to 100.0 whenever the power went out.  N5GC fixed it so
that it will stay on 114.8 even if the power goes out.

Hopefully tomorrow night's net will be larger than last week's.  If you can,
join us on Sunday at 8:00 pm.
