Ok Dave, what do the Large antennas behind there facility do then? they have 4 of them about 300 yards behind there facility.

I hope people know that ARTCC air traffic control centers are remoted from 
the actual facility and the transmitters are usually spread over several 
states. The transmitter he hears is close by - not in Longmont. With a 
frequency I might be able to tell you where.
