The Department of Homeland Security's National Interoperability Field Operations Guide, Version 1.2 lists all of the interoperability frequencies. 

This is about the Best Communications Info I have seen in one Place 

I"Am glad it is avaible For us Scanner users , But on a Side note it is also to Whome that may do us harm
