[Scanner] RS PRO-136 Question.

This reflector hasn't been very active, but maybe I can generate some 
spark with a question.

I bought a RS PRO-136 scanner today.  The manual say is has two scan 
speeds, but doesn't say how to change them.  What's the secret?

I wonder if there are other more active scanner groups that I could 
join also.  Would someone point me in that direction?
